Currently, you can upload just the ALJ decision without the transcript or ERE. While we don't yet support transcript and ERE uploads (this will be available in future iterations), we've found that even with just the decision, our tool consistently identifies at least one argument worthy of remand. This makes ALJ Audit immediately useful for attorneys who want to quickly assess appeal potential for both Appeals Council and Federal Court.
